Ryker James Lund

This weekend the whole family gathered together to celebrate the birth and blessing of the newest member our family...

Ryker James Lund.

I conveniently had a Doctor's appt up in SLC on Friday. So I drove up north and spent my Friday with Kaci and the kids.

We woke up early on Saturday and Kac and I went shopping. She had a three page list of things she needed for the weekend gathering...we cranked that baby out in two and a half hours. Five different stores and $400 later!

That night the rest of the family made the trip. We met up for dinner at Rumbi's to celebrate Kori's birthday which was on Friday.

Our dear friends from California the Sandbergs, who now live in Utah joined us for dinner along with their daughter Val and her husband Matt.

It was fun to catch up and hear all about their family.

After dinner we went back to the Lund's for birthday cake...

...and a few pictures of all the cousins!

Sunday morning we went to church for the blessing of Baby Ryker.

It is COOOOOLD up north!

After the blessing we went back over to the Lund's for brunch.

It was a quick trip...but well worth the effort. It is always a good time getting together...for whatever reason we can come up with!

We were sad that we could not stay for the Superbowl Party this year...we did however have a small party of our own after a 4 hour drive home.

Another new baby! What a wonderful reason to get together. So, you had your own Superbowl party. Did you cheer for the Giants? Have a really safe, good trip to AZ and hug my big brother for me!
