Merry Christmas from EllsworthPartyOf4.
Our Christmas Eve began at Outback Steakhouse. This has become a family tradition.
Joining us was Papa, Nana, The Lund's and Koenig's.
The Hyde's had dinner with Russ's mom and her husbands family.
After dinner we went to the Lund home for dessert, talent show (of sorts) and gift exchange. The Hyde's joined us for the rest of the evening.
Gracie just started taking piano lessons so she entertained us with a few Christmas songs. The three littles sang Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer and last Gav and Sav read "Twas the Night Before a Non-denominational Winter Holiday"...the politically correct version of "Twas the Night Before Christmas"
We watched a video on the birth of our Savior.
The three littles were so content and watched intently!
Everyone received wonderful gifts from cousins.
This morning we woke up...not too early and opened our gifts.
Bridge wanted to be in the middle of the action.
Gavin and Savanna got the "necessities" since Bridge was their real present for the year.
Bridge got bored watching the kids open their gifts...no one was paying attention to him. So he found a cozy place and took a nap.
Later this morning we went over to Papa and Nana's for brunch, more presents and hanging out!
We sure LOVE our cousins.
It was a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!
It came and went in a flash.
But let us always remember the real meaning of Christmas. Let us live each day as if it were Christmas. Focus our lives and heart on our Savior Jesus Christ. Always remembering Him and worshiping Him. Let us strive to be like Him and follow Him.
May this year continue to be merry and Bright.
with love,
Brent, Kami, Gavin and Savanna.

I love the non denominational winter holiday story. I'd love to read that one. ;~)
And...DUDE!!! I remember your gorgeous bow and ornament topped gifts. That's one of MANY amazing Pretty Marita signatures. :)
